We have made more room in the store to carry gifts, sparkles, smelly goods, and all around fun things. We still have over 100,000 books, including New Age.
New items have been being added to the store on a regular basis. More local artisans, Serenity bottles, handmade bookmarks, secret animals, stained glass, fused glass, fidgets, even chocolate! We have more jewelry and fun odds and ends literally hanging all around the store.
Hardly a week goes by without something new being added, so make sure to swing in and say hi, grab a cup of coffee or tea and check things out.
We have a rare bookcase with first editions, signed books and fascinating finds. Combine these with a locally crafted bookmark, chocolate, and a gift card for the perfect gift. We also have art prints on 8.5×11 and greeting cards!

Every day we have a fun in-store special we write on our chalkboard. One of our most popular sales was “Earl”. Customers received 20% off books by an Earl, about Earls or about a person named Earl. Yesterday was Orange books, another fun one!
New Age
This section is slowly expanding as we search for just the right items to add. Our new age section currently includes candles, essential oils, crystals, incense and fun locally crafted holders, sage and palo santo, tarot decks and oracle cards, new age books both used and new, and more.
First Friday Art Walk
First Friday
On the First Friday of every month, we feature local authors or artists in the store along with many other venues downtown. We also do other book signings and events outside of that. Our Facebook page always has the most up-to-date information. Not on Facebook? Just sign up for our newsletter!

We have expanded our homeschool selection, and are a sensory friendly store. Kids of all ages are allowed to touch many of the items such as the rocks and stones along the front counter…
